Accounts
An account is not required to use the Service. Accounts are available on the SmartGraphs Authoring website, however, to allow you to author and customize SmartGraphs activities.
Creating an authoring account requires you to provide us with your name and a valid e-mail address. Additional information may be necessary for some features. We remove personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) and other preferences associated with your account promptly after you delete your account. We may retain other data indefinitely.
If you download our software, we may contact you regarding available updates or critical problems.
Cookies, Web Beacons and Other Tracking Technologies
The Service may use cookies, web beacons or unique device identifiers to collect information about how visitors use and navigate it. These tracking technologies collect information in an anonymous form that does not identify users. We use this information to compile reports for helping us improve the Service.
The Service uses Google Analytics and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using Google's Ads Settings.

If you create an authoring account within the Service, you can sign into your account to see any personally identifiable information we have stored, such as your name and email address. You can also contact us by email to request to see this information.

The Concord Consortium follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to secure your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access or disclosure. Although we take reasonable care to secure the information you provide to us, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet or wirelessly from your computer or other devices to our servers. Therefore, while we attempt to protect your information, we do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure of that information.
