Is there a way to review the work of my student or child?

Currently the apps do not have a built-in reporting feature for reviewing your student or child’s work. We hope to add a reporting feature in the future.

One way you can review a student or child’s work is to have them take screenshots of their answers on each page.

To take a screenshot in iOS, simply press your device’s Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time. A picture of the current screen will be saved to the device’s photo library, which is accessible through the iOS Photos app.

What can I do if a SmartGraphs or Graph Literacy app crashes or freezes?

Every once in a while apps crash, freeze up or act in unexpected ways for no apparent reason. When this happens, the first thing to try is closing and restarting the app. If that does not help, try rebooting your device. If that doesn't solve the problem, try re-installing the app.
